onelly_18 asked: im thinking of buying pool tables/fruit machines then renting them back out to shops/pubs, but i was wondering would i need a licence to do that? or does just the shop need the licence?

You do not need a license to own them. Only to operate them.

Pool Table, no… Fruit Machines, yes (contact the county)… Business License, yes…
